Prices go in the Excel only. The PDF never shows dollars. Manage lists under Unit prices.
These drive the dirt import and the drawings do not carry them. Fill in what you know; each one can be changed later on the Import Calculator tab of the Excel.

Quick start for developers
CopyUse it in your AI
Add Land Takeoffs to Claude, ChatGPT, or any AI app that supports connectors. Then just ask: "Run a sitework takeoff on this plan set and give me the Excel."
Claude
Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. Paste the address and click Connect, then sign in here to approve.
ChatGPT
Settings, then Apps and Connectors, then Advanced settings, and turn on Developer mode. Click Create, paste the address, choose OAuth, and sign in here to approve. Available on Plus, Pro, Business, and Enterprise.
Cursor, Claude Code, and other tools
Add the address as a remote MCP server. If the tool asks for a header instead of a sign-in, create an API key below and send it as Authorization: Bearer followed by the key.
